ANIMAL ABC ILLUSTRATIONS
Pictured below is a set of 26 images; a collection of drawings of animals starting with each letter of the alphabet. The animals range from easily recognizable and easy to pronounce, to more complex and lesser-known. Paired with easy to read text for legibility (see mock-ups below), the illustrations are set to help children make associations between imagery and typography to aid reading development. The imagery is inspired by scientific illustration - highly realistic and appropriately textured, but with my personal stylistic qualities intertwined.
FARM ANIMAL ILLUSTRATIONS
I am currently, as of April 2025, working on my next set of illustrations - this time, focusing on Farm Animals. The process of my Animal ABC was incredibly fulfilling, and upon completion, I knew I wanted to continue. The style remains consistent, however, for farm animals, I have decided to complete one page per animal, showing different types/breeds. This ongoing project will be updated here as the drawings are completed.
